Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help. Please review the policy below and email us at support@maisonnoiratelier.com with any return or refund inquiries.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Have proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation)
Please note: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Made-to-order or custom pieces
2. Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind and meet the eligibility criteria above, we’re happy to offer a refund once the item is received and inspected. You are responsible for:
- Initiating the return request via email
- Shipping the item back using a trackable service
- Covering return shipping costs
We recommend photographing your item and packaging before sending it back.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for visible defects or damage
- Contact us within 30 days for hidden or functional issues
- Provide photos or videos of the issue and your proof of purchase
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for further assessment. If we confirm a defect or quality issue, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund—and cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- You must follow the shipping instructions provided
- Pack your item securely—we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. Assessment of Returns
We reserve the right to assess all returns before issuing a refund or replacement. We will not accept returns or offer refunds if the issue is due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper storage or care
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
Some items may require assessment by the manufacturer. If so, additional time may be needed before a resolution is offered.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 3 weeks from the return confirmation for processing
